To ensure that our team has met our goal of exceeding state standards each home is inspected by a 3rd Party Independent Energy Consultant. This inspection certifies via onsite testing/review that proper materials and installation techniques were followed in the construction of each new Crestwood home. Currently, Bella Victoria boasts 35% more energy efficient than the State's Title 24 Standards.
